Horne Bay Farm was happy to host the wedding of Travis and Candace Grimsley on August 6, 2016. Check the Photos of the beautiful ceremony and reception below!

Christen and Danny Vogel have officially tied the knot! Even though the day was damped by a few light sprinkles of rain, their wedding turned out beautiful! Touches of green and yellow complimented Horne Bay Farm’s rustic charm beautifully. Check out a few snapshots of the ceremony and reception below, and on our Facebook page!

Jenna and Channing Foley were married on May 21st at Fair Bluff Baptist Church. They followed their ceremony with a reception at our gathering barn here at Horne Bay Farm. The barn was very colorful for the occasion, and the tables were draped in blues, pinks, greens and yellow. There were around 250 guests in attendance. The couple left in a sparkler send off. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Foley.

Horne Bay Farm hosted our first wedding of the year last Saturday. Savannah Cartrette and Justin Livingston decided on a sunset wedding complete with soft warm candle light. The Gathering Barn was all dressed up with white linens, mason jar centerpieces and tress slices to add a rustic elegance. The weather was perfect for the outdoor affair and the farm provided a great atmosphere to celebrate this couples marriage.

Easter on the Farm was a success. We had lots of visitors come to enjoy the egg hunt, the games, the hat parade, and lunch with the Easter bunny. We even had Mary drop by for a visit to tell the story of the resurrection. A great time was had by all, and we would like to thank the king and queens of the South Eastern North Carolina Agriculture Festival for helping to host the event. Blake and Aaron had a lovely country wedding ceremony and reception on September 12, 2015. The rain cleared up just in time for the ceremony, and all of the guests enjoyed the laid back atmosphere the barn and pastures provided. Congratulations again Blake and Arron!!

Horne Bay Farm had a chance to unveil the new covered barn area last weekend as part of the Watermelon Festival kickoff. The shelter has two new bathrooms and a sliding barn door entrance, as well as a salvaged brick floor. The bricks were salvaged from a historic building in Nichols, SC. The covered space is perfect for any event. The Watermelon Festival Kings and Queens put on a great show and everyone enjoyed a lovely supper over looking the ponds and pastures.

We had a very successful Open House here at the farm! A BIG thank you to all of the brides who came out to see all of what Horne Bay Farm has offer.  We are very excited about the up coming wedding season.
